MEET LUCINDA

Hi there! I am a wildlife artist based out of Roanoke, Virginia. I work primarily with watercolor using very small brushes, though I sometimes venture into the realm of very large murals. I love painting birds and insects, and have recently become semi-obsessed with fungi.

WILDLIFE ART

Birds will always be my first love, but I am inspired by all things in nature. I enjoy depicting all the small details in a moth's wings, the fine overlay of feathers on a bird, and the delicate curves of a flower.​

ILLUSTRATION

Whether I'm painting in my nature journal or sketching animals doing silly things, I always enjoy pushing where my art can go and what new, fun ideas I can come up with.​
